I was ready to buy a grill today and nobody was around the grilling/outdoor section. After 10 minutes, i went to customer service and had them page somebody over to that section. After 20 more minutes, I was just fed up with waiting and walked out and on the way I stopped at customer service and told them they just lost a $300 sale. They have the worst customer service of any store like that I've ever been in. I definitely would NOT recommend Fultondale's Lowes to anybody.
I bought a refrigerator last Sunday I wanted to have it delivered Saturday morning, A lady called to set up the delivery, I told her it needed to be in the morning, was told she could not guarantee a morning delivery. So the salesman just told me that to get the sale. So to improve your store don't lie to customers. I tried to talk to a manager and I just got the runaround. So I canceled the order. Absolutely the worst customer service and communication from a store that I have ever experienced. I would not recommend them for any purchase big or small. We will not be back.

Worst customer service ever. Never received my promised appliance delivery. I had to go pick them up myself. I was told all day they're on the truck and on the way. Thanks Rob for the help and discount for having to pick them up myself at 7pm after my wife waited at the house all day.
I just received the best customer service! Thank you Jessica, Ron, & Rob for taking care of me and getting my gas dryer ordered! Best price in town!
@Lowes installed 20 new windows for me in December of 2018 and all 20 have been leaking buckets of water since the installation. Installers admit to sealing windows to vinyl siding (not underlying waterproofing layer) but Lowes still not admitting culpability. What a nightmare. I was supposed to receive an appliance delivery yesterday. Lowe’s set the delivery date (not me) so I just agreed to it and set my schedule so I could be home during the 12-hour delivery window. I was told they couldn’t be more specific than 8 am-8 pm so basically it took up my entire day. They said the driver would contact me Sunday with a more specific time. I never heard a word.
