Very unmotivated crew at this store
we bought some wood there today and the cashier that waited on us was very rude and was no help at all. I will never go back to this store. I called and all they said was they will let the manger know. by the way it was the cashier at the wood department.
My son works there.. Best customer service ever.
I'm not even going to waste my time typing out my experience on here, since I've had to tell it to the four 1-800 numbers you guys gave me. Loopholes after loopholes. I've spent so much money here since being a homeowner, and it's about to come to a close. You make all your customers do all the dirty work for you. I'm wasting all my minutes making YOUR phone calls.
We were looking for a can of spray paint and the paint dept person , Tia, was amazing. She spotted the paint we needed up on the top shelf amongst 100 other boxes and proceeded to climb up and get it. She was very nice and helpful!!!
Don't understand how I could make a purchase, bring it back (the spray nozzle was missing) for a refund and immediately purchase a replacement and within the 4 minutes it rook to return and purchase- the total of the transaction changed. I was refunded $15.76, and the purchase was $15.77... What is going on that this could happen?
