RecommendedMy husband and I were in the Fultondale Lowes on Wednesday morning, 4/8/20, at around 9 am. The female employee working behind the paint counter was very rude and made us feel like we were ruining her day by just being there. Usually the employees at Lowes are very helpful but this one was definitely not. If she hates her job so much, she needs to resign and let someone else have it that has a better attitude.
This is a personal review of an employee that made my day. Josh is the supervisor of the lumber department at the Fultondale Lowes. I ordered a washer/dryer online nearly 2 weeks ago coming from Fultondale Lowes. I have been given 4 different delivery dates. I Finally got in touch with Josh at the Fultondale location. Josh went out of his way to personally walk to the delivery department, pull my appliances and make sure they will be on the delivery truck tomorrow. The Fultondale Alabama store is the Worst store ever!! No products on shelves, boxes, ladders and fork lifts blocking isles. I’m not just talking about 1 or 2 isles I’m talking several. A opened bag of charcoal open and spilling out on kitchen cabinet display and on top of all that no customer service. The workers that were there couldn’t and/or wouldn’t help. The store is nasty. Manager acted as if he could care less. I’m going to Home Depot from now on. Much cleaner and always someone willing to help me.
Worst customer service and worst manager. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars here over the years as a business was owner. I went in today to exchange a broken string trimmer that is about a month old. Manager refused to exchange which was all that I wanted. The customer service rep agreed to exchange and when manager came up he changed his mind AFTER I WAS SENT TO GET THE REPLACEMENT. I came in to the store to look at a new lawnmower. I was considering moving to a new battery-powered lawnmower but knew very little about them. I asked for help and Ron Hull(Manager, I believe) showed up to help. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment. I never got the impression that he was trying to rush off, or was attempting to tell me what I wanted to hear in order for me to buy a new lawnmower.
