Poor customer service! Over 30 minutes waiting to get glass cut and when the Man from another department finally helped me and after about 15 more minutes of trying to cut glass it kept messing up. He then go to the glass guy and he tell him the machine broken. Now this was at the hour mark� Duh!!!! He could've told that guy that before he screwed up that glass and after hearing the loud psa going off cutting that corny music off saying customer needs help in glass cutting. Incredibly poor customer service....especially the cashier at the pro checkout
We were buying a dishwasher. The associate helping us was very nice. The problem was after paying for it and waiting 20 minutes for them to get it to the front, they didn't have one in the store even though the inventory said 3. We had to get a refund, drive to another store.
No one will wait on you! Remodeling our bathroom and need to order cabinets and countertops.
I had carpet installed in my home last week by Lowe's, Edwards Lake Rd. I am so pleased with this carpet, but just as importantly, by the way I was treated by salesman, Van Seelbinder, the Installation Team, John , Angie and Trina, and by installer, E and B Flooring. I was extended utmost respect and courtesy and kept up to date during entire process. Thank you Lowe's.
Juan Whitfield in management has ZERO knowledge of customer service. Waited for 45 minutes to order a door after waiting 8 days for it to be measured and when no one came, I approached Juan....he was the rudest man EVER. Poorest customer service with rudest comments ever heard from an employee.
Visited this location 3x this week and no associate EVER offered me help inside store or loading materials! Poor customer service!
