Horrible!!!! Telling everyone I know that need renovations done to absolutely not use Lowe’s, Bryant cross construction, or honestly anyone of their workers. Started a small bathroom in June and it’s STILL not done or working properly!

Customer service is terrible. Second time this week I had a negative experience. Won’t be shopping at the Trussville location ever again!!
Online pick up took longer than expected. It was easier to just go in the store and gather the items myself.
Don't expect to be given your military discount without jumping through numerous hoops. Cashier was rude, been shopping here for years without ever having and issue, but this last trip just ensured that won't happen again. You would do well to remember that Home Depot is hardly a mile down the road, and they've never questioned his military ID.
Waited thirty minutes for them to pull one item. When it arrived it had been opened and pieces were missing. Now waiting.
