Went to get some plants for for my home. I chad picked up some mums from outside but decided against them, since they don’t survive the winter. I went to take plants back outside where I got them and the cashier said I couldn’t. I explained to her that I was putting them back and she accused me of trying to steal in front for about ten other customers! I was left feeling so embarrassed. I explained this to the manager and he said he would speak to her, later🙄🙄 Don’t shop here!
Absolutely the worst company to deal with!! The delivery crew screwed up our brand new LG refrigerator and the part is not available from LG so we have no ice maker !! The Trussville,Al store won’t even answer their phone !! I’m done with Lowes but I promise they’ll pay for it !!

Horrible customer service!! I will take my business to Home Depot in the future. It is absolutely ridiculous that there are so many employees hanging around, racing buggies in the parking lot, holding casual conversations amongst themselves, but when you need assistance NOBODY is available. After being unable to get any assistance after attempting to twice, I asked to speak to the manager. 20 minutes later and they still haven’t shown up. That is unacceptable by all accounts!!!
fr customer service to cashiers to managers working this morning you have the worst customer service I've ever encountered. you will never get another dime of my money that's for sure. I'm not the one to pull the race card but the white customers were helped and treated a hell of a lot better. this store should be boycotted and I will share my experience with others
Very clean and the assistance is the very best.
Lowe's is like a Wal-Mart to me. I conquered going there so much now I'm addicted to Lowe's. The staff is friendly and helpful and so are the prices😂😂
pésimo servicio horrible service
Went looking for a dryer and took all but 5 minutes to get it after all day going to other places and not having what I wanted in stock!!! Never shop for any appliances anywhere else!! Lowe’s #1
