Love shopping there wide range of products I visit their store at least twice a week working in my profession.
Amazing service today from store manager, Andy Frazier. With two four-year-old Cowboys in tow, I came in asking for "lassos." Andy quickly took me straight to the rope and proceeded to not only cut the rope to size but also tie the lassos and teach my boys how to use them. Then to my surprise, he also gave them to us for free. Once we got to the front of the store and discovered it was pouring down rain, he then gave us an umbrella to get to the car. It is easier to just go pick an item yourself instead of using the ordering on the website and in store pickup. Over three hours to get a simple order filled(2 small items). Sad.
Went to this location to buy some storage cabinets. I asked the manager (I guess duty manager) did not get her name (06/23 around 3pm) if I spend more than $500 can they delivered it to my home for free? She said right away, it's $79 to deliver. I guess $500 is too little for lowe's to lose a customer? So I went home disappointed, but my wife told me that we can get a better cabinets from home depot and deliver for free only if we spend $49. After ordering a refrigerator over a month and a half ago. You told me it would be here in two weeks. You called me at 8:00 am, saying the refrigerator will be here today between 9-11. I just want to say your business is extremely lousy. The lowes on Kingsley in orange park has awful customer service! It's hard to get anyone to help you, you have to search for help. That is the norm. I just left there and it was right at closing time. Yes I get closing time as I am in retail as well. However, I have never felt so unwelcome and like my business was not wanted as I just did tonight. I will never again visit this store, if I even return to a Lowes ever! I have never had a company not want me to spend $50 with them before. I guess there is a first for everything... read more
