This stores employees are poorly trained in their product quality and customer service. I will go out of my way to not shop here anymore.
The worst customer service ever experienced. My husband went to pick up an order at the Customer Service desk. There were two women staffing the returns counter and they stated that they can't do any customer service until they had finished with returns. Over the 45 minutes that my husband was ignored he witnessed the women in returns purposely hang up on customers and ignore my husband and the others in line at Customer Service!!!! Poor customer service. Self checkout machine is a terrible idea especially when an item doesn’t ring up at correct price and you have to wait and wait on a manager for an override. Long lines, not enough registers open.
The Oldfield Crossing store management does not care about their customers and does nothing to resolve customer issue. There is no customer support or intervention by anyone from the management side. Promises to follow up are ignored. Too bad the regional manager doesn't have a clue as to what is happening at this location. I feel for the employees that get no support from the management team.

Everything was fine until I had the lady working the cash register lean over and belch on me without batting an eye, and then did not even say excuse me through her yawning. I'm being dead serious this is no exaggeration. This really happened
YOU HAVE JUST LOST A LONGTIME CUSTOMER! . I have bought 2 lawn mowers in 2 years. Both Troy-Bilt with Briggs & Stratton motor, which I thought was pretty good. The last mower was bought July 31, 2016 and crapped out August 7, 2017- a week after the warranty was up. I talked to a supervisor and was basically told tough luck since I didn't get the extended warranty. Really? Worst Lowe's I have experienced in my life!! Need new management!! Aren't helpful at all and want you to do all their work for them!. We came from the best Lowes ever in Flower Mound, Texas. Call them for directions on how to run a store!!
