We purchased two very large closet organizing systems & when we asked the lady checking us out if we could get some assistance with getting it into our car her response was maybe but not sure if we have anyone. Also when we needed assistance with questions there was no one to be found. Not impressed with the level of service.

Thanks to this Lowes for being proactive, helpful and friendly during hurricane prep. Went Wednesday during the day- generators were gone. Got all other supplies I needed and was advised a truck was on the way with more gens. Went back round 7, got in line and was able to get a generator. Thanks for putting the trucks with supplies in route earlier. The generator made life easier. I also could not load it, the generous people working loaded me up. This store has always been the most helpful and courteous staff of any I have ever been too. They always go out of their way to help.

I come to lowes for every thing I need for home and for work and I had the worst experience I have ever had today. LEANN was our cashier and was very rude to me and my wife, gave us attitudes, and was not friendly at all. My wife asked for help to load fence panels we bought and a employee said when we have time we will get to it. Realized about 5 minutes later my wife was mad and came and helped, hardly. He sat in the loader. My wife went to find the manager and a cashier said she's busy and that was it. They ruined my liki... read more

Bought a dryer. I'm a single mom of two. Second time in a year the machine won't work. Even paid extra money for extended warranties. The repair people took weeks to come out. Even found screws in the floor where they didn't put it back together right. Lowe's won't help me. Says call warranty people! Meantime stomach bug going through my house and I can't dry clothes! I can't afford weeks without a dryer, again!

The customer service at this location has become like Wal-Mart. We called ahead of time for a product in which they said there were 7 boxes of. We get there and no one in flooring could locate it. They sent us off without handling the situation. I then called back and spoke to the flooring manager and told him the situation and he said he would check for the product and call us back, we never heard back. We will not be returning and I will be contacting the corporate store.

Waited 30 minutes trying to buy a washer and dryer! Walked out. Shouldn't be that hard to spend 1,500 bucks!

This store's internal processes are broken. My kitchen renovation project has been met with constant errors on Lowes part. Their stock people must not review orders very carefully, because every time I need something delivered or pulled it's the wrong item. The people are kind and pleasant, but the inaccuracies are a HUGE inconvenience!!!!!
