I know they're is a debate on which is better Lowe's or HD so I'm not here to start a WW3. I just wanted to tell you the excellent experience I had at my Lowe's. I was just helped buy a gentleman in the power equipment section named Edward. He helped me with buying Chris's birthday present a brand new grill. He was very patient answered my 20000 questions and was very knowledgeable. Gave me great recommendations on wood chips to smoke. Lowe’s has left my 92 year old Mother without a kitchen for over 4 weeks now. They demolished her kitchen but have yet to come do the template for her Corian counters which they say will require two weeks to manufacture after the template is done. I have never experienced such poor service in all of my life.
Today I purchased a gift at Lowe's Home Improvment, located at Oldfield Point. In requesting a gift receipt, I was informed that is not an option. They have the ability to print an invoice receipt....including the price....it is a gift�. Very discouraged with the quality of customer service offered from the "Customer Service Manager". Very pleased that a Home Depot will be opening soon in our area.
Great store, I could spend hours in there. Love the military discount too.
When you need help and no one is around...we asked for them to page someone in electrical and no one came. We finally found a co-worker passing by and asked if he could help us, his exact words were “there is no one here in electrical!”...seriously dude, WTF! We asked “ok what do we do if we have an electrical question, “I don’t know” he says. “We need wire cut”...”his response “I don’t know the code”. BYE Lowe’s...onto Home Depot!
