This is now my preferred location. I just bought a house and have made several visits here already. Each time the staff has been helpful and courteous. Jeff in lighting went above and beyond, today, to help me. He simply said that he was just doing his job.
While waiting in line at the checkout with 7 people in front of me, 3 associates at the pro desk would not assist with checkout! Another customer walked up to desk & the associate told him that register was for pros only & turned him away! Then a gentleman walked up to the register & made a purchase paying in cash! You tell me what's the difference here? I am a contractor & I don't have a problem waiting my turn but this associate was just plain rude! Customer service is getting bad here! May as well go back to Home Depot!
I ordered and paid for carpeting on 4/21 and the sales rep told me the carpeting would be at the store within 2 to 3 days as it was in Jacksonville at another store. The installer would then call me to set up a date to install the carpeting. I called yesterday and the carpeting is not due into the store until May 4th. Unacceptable. Will I ever get this carpet installed? I will never use Lowes again. This was the Deerfield Crossing store in Jacksonville Florida
Store was nice had good selection, They allow you to bring your dogs in with you big plus!
I would like to thank Tad in the garden center for watching out for our shopping cart while we were out front picking out plants.
Does Lowes even care how their employees talk to customers? One bad apple ruined my entire experience. And nobody ever answers the phone.
I was standing on the light bulb aisle for over 30 minutes. I went to the customer service counter and asked for help twice and still no one came. All I needed was some light bulbs that were on a higher shelf. If there was a ladder there I would have gotten them myself. Great customer service. Lesson learned. Good thing Home Depot was happy to help me.
After waiting for 15 minutes in the fan department, someone comes up and asked if you've been helped I said no but I pushed the button 15 minutes ago. Then they proceed to help someone that just walked up and started asking for help, screw Lowes...will be going to Home Depot for my new ceiling fan.
