This is the worst experience that I have ever had with any company ever. I purchased carpet from Lowe's and to have them install it. This 1st go around Shaw Carpet the manufacturer shipped the carpet to the installer, the installing company said they never received the product and never called me to inform us that they were taking us off the schedule, as we sat and waited for them to show up. 2nd go around, we we're all scheduled for the installation and once again nobody can locate the carpet.
