I have now, after years of patronage recieved quite possibly the worst customer service, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. What started as a minor understanding has now become a reason to never shop there again, and to no longer recommend for my friends to shop there.
Rude employees if you can find one. I can't even give it one star. I Left there drove the extra mile to halls ace hardware where I was greeted when I walked in and someone help me right away . I Will never go back to lowes.
The delivery manager is so unprofessional and one of the worst people I have ever delt with. She should not be in the customer service business and if I wasn't respectful she would have cussed out a few times. I had just the worst experience with this company and I swear I'll never do business with them again.
Lowes, I usually love you but I'm soooo disappointed in the service in getting from Consumer Refrigeration. I've been waiting since January 2nd for them to fix my dishwasher. They came once and replaced the control panel but they left and it didn't work! They've been claiming there's a back order on my part. Ok so it took close to 6 weeks to get the new part...
