Was guaranteed next day delivery on appliances that I needed bc of an emergency and I was told I would maybe get them 8 days later bc their next day delivery was not actually a guarantee. The "manager" of the shipping department laughed at me and said the website says that to get people to order with them but they actually don't mean that. They don't actually staff for that and they will try to get them out to you whenever they can. And I would not receive any sort of discount on my purchase. Sold me a faulty product and the manager would not let me return it. So much for their no questions asked return policy. I will be giving significant business to Home Depot from now on. Employees were also rude. Way to squeeze your profits instead of caring about your loyal customers. You just lost one for life.
