Close to the house. Usually pretty quick with things we need
I'm currently on a an hour wait for an appliance that cost me almost 1k. Pre Paid for the item the night before and scheduled a pick up. No managers are available and the poor customer service rep can not leave the counter. Coordinated 4 people to help with the move, every single one of us is attempting rearrange our schedule. Managerial staff was invisible for at least 30 min poor service
They missed cutting a 2X4 in half by over 2 inches.

Bought a Planer today in a decent looking box but when I got it home it had been used heavily, lots of sawdust in the box and missing several parts.Went to return it within an hour and a half of buying it and they all but accused me of its condition, then tried to send me across town to exchange or refund. When I asked for a manager the would only give me another associate saying that was all that was available. My first time going to Lowe's. I was amazed at their prices on appliances compared to other stores and up buying a stove and refrigerator ..which its been delivered todayyy.
