I spend 5 figures a year in a certain store. They have been my favorite place to shop for all my appliance and maintenance supplies. But no more. The warranty they give you is worthless in fact it is a loss. I will not spend another cent there. You treated me too Lowe.

Where to begin. I live close so every time I think I’m going to save some time by going here I’m proved wrong. Black Friday had one register open which is the norm. Just tried to buy paint. Was the only one in the paint dept and after getting my order the rep became Houdini and disappeared. This will be my last time going to this store as I no longer want to waste time.
Lowe's my only beef is why doesn't management back up an employee when a customer is being rude and mean to an employee. You do understand that believing the customer is always right is just nuts. Over the years I a customer have had to stand up for an employee. I wish you did the same but its not just Lowe's a lot of customers feel its their right to abuse employees. WELL ITS NOT! But if management is so afraid to lose a customer nothing will ever change. Employees have rights also to be treated fairly. Thank You
