Just there for almost 45 minutes to purchse a grill. Asked two different employees for help. Both said they would be with me in just a moment. Watched one head to the break room ( got a little aggravated) then the second one after saying he would help walked to the front and was laughing and visiting with other employees. At this point I had pushed the call button twice and had been there for more than 30 minutes. Waited a little longer and at that point decided I would go somewhere else. Very poor customer service.
just had carpet installed and what a poor job. $2600 for master bedroom carpet. Dirty hand prints and marks all over the wall. Took the paint of and did drwall damage in several areas. When I started pointed all of this out, I was told 'that is just part of doing carpet install/ We moved all your furniture and you want to cry about your walls' I paid to have the furniture moved and this is how the installer acts
They have what you need for home improvement. Better them Home depot.
Called up to give them some business..I need a new garage door..Low and behold I got the dreaded answering machine and was told to make a choice and press a number..Got put on hold..NO HOLD FOR ME..I PERSONALLY AM SO TIRED OF GETTING ANSWERING MACHINES AND BEING TOLD TO WAIT..Not when I'm trying to spend a $1000 or more..Your losing money hand over fist because you won't hire a person to answer your phone or two or three..You just lost a grand or more from me..I went else where to do business.Second time today a business has... read more
Bob in Plumbing was extremely helpful when my husband and I were shopping for a vanity that we have to carry upstairs. He was patient and informative even when our final decision was at another Lowes store. He was even so kind as to write down item numbers for us to make our purchase easier. Kudos to Bob for great customer service!
One register open and what employees they had are either talking with each other or on the phone. The only employee that I chatted with just pointed to the area I needed. Really no help at all. NOT HAPPY AT ALL
