The return policy sucks! Circular saw stopped working bought warranty and can't get replacement!
Terrible experience...spent thousands on counter tops. Waited 5 weeks. Installation scheduled between 9&12 today....called and left msg. that it would be between 12&4........then 6 pm. Called the store, Miranda said she would call me back, but she didn't. I called the store back and was told she had gone home. One installers called at 6.... the installer is in Duncanville, has to go to Lake Dallas to get out counters, then come to us in Denison. My husband and I bought carpet and had it installed from the Sherman Lowe's approx. a year ago...the seams show and one of the door openings didn't fit right, we were assured that it would be fixed.. it has not and my husband has been to the store on this issue. Yesterday we bought an electric range there and requested delivery today... the time allotted was between 5 pm and 7 pm at 7:25 pm I receive a call stating the stove will not be delivered tonight. I signed contract on March 18th, 2015 for guttering from Lowes in Sherman, Tx. Total was just a little under $1000. Lowes contacted an independent company out of the Area code 817 to install gutters. Two very nice kids showed up to do the work, however they did not want to do the work as I wanted it done. I called Mr. Seal several times, sent texts, and emails.
