Filed flooring install claim August 2016, i've had 3-4 inspections, several trips to my home to take pictures of flooring issues, called corporate 3-5 times and that never gets anything accomplished, have gone to store to meet with management and they're excellent at blowing smoke, I'm $5,000 in and still have plywood floors, I feel like i've exhausted every avenue. What more can I do??? I'll gladly pull up rest of flooring and deliver to customer service and they can refund my money.....
Purchased a dryer online at 6 pm last night. The delivery men were at our door with the dryer by 11 am today. The delivery guys were very helpful and professional. Thank you for the great buying experience.
I found it unsettling that people are permitted to use Lowes to walk their dogs... they were not shopping to purchase.. they were wandering about blocking isles for those with carts ... My granddaughter was not comfortable with these dogs in a confined space... not real sure IF I will return.. There are parks and dog parks why infringe on others in a store.. I bought only what I had to buy there...
When you go to Lowes and you buy something and they say do you want to buy the warranty do not buy it. Because it does not pay to get it fixed. We brought a lawn mower June 3,3016 and got a two year warranty on it and it does not cover anything. We took it in over two weeks ago and it cost 81.00 today when we tired to start the mower it would not start and it started leaking oil and smoking we took it back and they did not want to make good on it. The woman in flooring was EXTREMELY helpful on two separate occasions
Well you get a leaky roof on your patio that they built for you but can't get them to come fix it so don't let them build one for you
