Takes forever to get service. then pwice, and got a call it would be between 5 and 7 pm. to bad i took off work this morning to get my appliances! Home Depot from now on.
HORRIBLE!!! They cancelled a carpet installation 2 times and. no showed the last time they scheduled to come out. The installation company and the Lowe’s manager where no help and did not even call me back before they went home for the day.
I can’t believe I have to give you one star. I wish I could rate zero stars. Your workers at the commercial desk tonight were horrible. How you can sit there while your fellow employee takes 30 mins to ring up 12 items is beyond belief. You could at least offer to ring the other three people up that have been waiting over 30 mins as well. The only saving grace is there is a Home Depot down the road. You lost a long time customer tonight.
Was treated like I was nobody at Sherman’s Lowe’s. Mitchell who works in the indoor lumber service desk was very rude and unprofessional after the Mckinney store sent me up there to buy hardie board after they were out. Mitchell informed me they would not honor the same price as Mckinney store. I asked Mitchell how that was my fault that I was sent all the way up there and don’t get the same price? We have used Lowes for a lot of our home improvement/renovations buys as we recently moved into a home requiring a lot of work. We bought electrical wire that ended up not being needed after all. We brought it back to the store still tied up and with their sticker on it, not tampered with or used at all and had a pompous acting manager tell us they do not take back wire that is cut. Very disgusted in your service tonight. Got there at 8:30 for concrete...cashier never told anyone I needed anything. He told me to grab the forklift guy if he ever shows up. He finally shows at a few minutes til 9, helps someone else who was there AFTER me. I tell him I'm waiting on concrete and he leaves saying he's going home! I went in look for a wood burning stove I guess it's "seasonal" but now i have to guess what i want and order online. so i guess ill take my 1000$ to where I can see what I want! You suck !!!! it's a building material that is needed while your house is being built not "seasonal"!
Went to get some stuff for chain-link fencing and this department looked absolutely terrible. Bins were empty and stuff scattered all over the place. I see why mail-order is making such a good headway. Too bad Lowe's doesn't have it so that I could have posted the pictures that I took of this area of their Sherman, Texas store.
Service stinks, we were lied to about due dates. Had a 3 day billing cycle. Was lied to about due date then told no that's not correct. Do not take out a lowes card. Consumer beware
