Ok Lowe’s. Enough of those annoying “ the moment “. Commercials. I hate them. They don’t make sense and because of them I’ve stopped shopping in your store
This location has the worst customer service during the week. We waited almost an hour for a pallet of landscaping stones to be loaded for us. After 15 minutes, they said they were still locating someone. At almost an hour, we inquired again and we were told the fork lift drivers had all gone to lunch. They gave us a refund to go to Home Depot without any hesitation.
I had a positive experience here. I just want to say, I did not go through customer service, nor did I order a large item. I went here because the website said they had something Home Depot didn't. When I looked around the garden department for it, I couldn't find it. Two garden employees helped me find it. The cashier was nice and checked me out in less than five minutes.
If I could give a -1 rating I would, this place is a joke, full of useless rude people... and to top it off, give you store credit when you have a receipt in hand... WTF!! Because your system could not locate the card used to purchase the items... Will not be back, would rather loose the store credit then step foot back in that pathetic store... #homedepotcustomerforlife
Had what we needed, check out was rather quick for a change. The customer's though .... some folks really shouldn't wear tank tops and stretch pants. The rest of us don't care to see your under arm hair or wild tattoo on your back.
Lowe's is awesome . Great employee s . They did an awesome job at the DAWG house .
