absolutely rudest lowes I've been to without a doubt I do deliveries a short haired lady told me to stop even coming in to check in !!!!! all I was asking was an estimated time to get my one pallet unloaded and she chased me out the store highly unprofessional people here

Called ahead to verify item was in stock. Drove over 45 miles to get there. Was told, and I quote "I'm sorry". That was it, no offer to price match a similar 20/24 volt cordless impact wrench. Drove across the highway to Home Depot and paid $355 for a cordless impact wrench. I swear on my last breath, I'll never step foot in a Lowe's ever again. I work to hard for my money to be lied to or not have a conpany offer common courtesy to price match.

Lowe’s hangs up the phone every time we call. Rude Managers with big ego and bad service. They are entitled and feels like we have to provide customer service to vendor. Made an order 2 weeks ago and they are avoiding us after we spent $4K. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Biggest joke of a store ever! I don’t normally leave reviews, good or bad. But EVERY TIME I ORDER ONLINE from Lowe’s is a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. I ordered $4k work of lumber just the other day. I got an email that it was ready for pick up. I needed to changed to delivery. Of course when I call, no one answers ... so I can up to the store. The person helping had no idea how to fix the address in the system to the correct delivery address. So I waited for 30 minutes while he tried to figure it out. Finally someone came to help. Purchased an LG Refrigerator in July of 2017. I’m trying to get it worked on and just found out that the receipt does not have the model number on it ???? I’m going to be out over 500.00 and all you can say is “I have no idea why the information is not on receipt “. I have shopped my last time in LOWES!!!! Very upset.

Went to Lowes this morning to find some items other stores are out of. I asked an associate about the things I was looking for and instead of brushing me off with the usual "yeah right lady!" I had been getting, SHE WAS SO NICE! !! The were out of what I needed but very well stocked in kindness! ! THANK YOU BECKY!!!

We went for a few garden timber’s ... none in the shelf... asked an employee and he said he would get them right after finishing up with his customer her never came back. Asked another employee he said oh I don’t know about that. After waiting 20 minutes went to customer service-she said I will call someone and have them meet you back there... ran into the original guys and asked weren’t you the fella that was going to help us .... he says no the lumber guy will...still no one... we left and went to Home Depot
