they have no idea what they doing I wait 8 am to 8pm for my delivery it never arrived. call back they say cancel with out calling you .they say 100 % sure next day same thing happened. so I cancel my order go to Home depot have my delivery next day

I shop at this Lowe’s all the time and like the store. But about two months ago I couldn’t get anyone to help me BUY a dishwasher. Two employees were in the department and completely ignored me. I walked out. Went to Nebraska Furniture where they have excellent customer service. Got a brand new state of the art dishwasher.
I have my flooring replaced in my house, and the crew sent by Lowe’s stole the new flooring I had bought. They relayed the old flooring I had in my home and only filled in the new planks where the damage occurred. I will NEVER trust the Sherman Lowe’s to lay flooring in anything I own including my dog’s house!!!
