The installer companies (in this case Real Estate Services) will not return calls and no project managers will ever check the work to see it was actually done at all (so what exactly are they managing?) The warranty is useless even a few days after the "completed" install. Regardless of what you initial on the waiver the installers will take materials you have paid for (in advance so you have zero recourse) and not return them no matter how many messages you leave. I've been going here frequently for 5 years while I have been remodeling my home. Things you guarantee are poor customer service, rude employees and a bunch of people who have no clue what is going on. Online order pickups are a disaster. Expect at least a half hour wait. Don't even consider using their delivery service... I was given a window form 8-12 and they showed up at 4 after I had to call multiple times. Yes, I keep going back but the only reason is because it's 10 minutes from my house.
Asked a lady in the wood department a legitimate question and I didn't get an answe, I got her laughing in my face! Rude, even if people ask something that may seem dumb to you, you work in customer service laughing is NOT something you want to do. I was so upset after that I couldn't even look at her. I'm not sure of her name but it was an older woman who just looks miserable. Next time you should be a little nicer to a customer :-)
On 8/5/15, my granddaughter and I went to this Lowe's to purchase some paint, door handles, and other assorted items which we had difficulty locating. We were fortunate enough to be assisted by two great customer representatives: Craig and Sherri. Craig not only helped us find items in the area he was working, he then went above and beyond to help get every item off our list along with giving background information on each item.
