RecommendedBest ever my daughter lost her lense to her glasses. I ordered a washer and dryer 2 times, I cancelled the warranty. I was told I would get a check that was in May. I am still paying on it, without a refund. Can’t get ahold of anyone at the store, customer service I waited 35 minutes no one ever answered. Cathy

Just had a fence installed this week, little on the expensive side but we also have a decent size back yard. My only huge issue was that the gentlemen that estimated our price on the fence didn’t do the blue print to how we discussed (literally walked the WHOLE yard with him and told him EXACTLY what we were asking for) however the builders especially the one in charge fixed everything! depends on department. I've had great service in flooring. tools and hardware are average, at best. was trying to buy chain today. nobody showed up to cut it.
Employees to pay attention when asked the first time (better costumer service) I asked for treated lumber with out mold
It's the only store like this around so there aren't other choices, they have high prices. The employees are helpful, and nice... But it's still hard to get past those prices.
