My bf payed 608 for dam washer on September 9th they just delivered it today September 18th at like 8:50 this morning I'm starting to wash clothes and it stops working did not even have for 12 hours
This is a horrible place to deal with. Cancelled my order without letting me know. prices were 30% higher at the store than what i ordered online. We were told one cabinet i ordered was discontinued and know one had it. Went to St C and they did have it. Couldn't get delivery for over three weeks. When we went to pick up the order they could not find the paperwork for it. We had to make two trips and they didn't want to give us the second load. Beyond disappointed. My husband and I have spent over $20,000 at Lowe’s in the last two months while renovating a house. Our kitchen was custom created and ordered on February 26th. It is May 1st and we are still missing pieces, waiting on new pieces to arrive because originals were the incorrect size, and being told we will have to build one of our own pieces because a mistake was made in the computer! Ordered a screen door Oct 2017. Finally installed 12/20/17. Was still installing when I left my home that day. Checked door next morning because I got home late with kids. Big scratches on it in several places. Went to store, showed them pictures. Was told to call installation. Called them for 4 weeks finally the installer came back at end of jan 18. Terrible terrible service no one seems to know anything about there job! Bought an entire new kitchen , cabins ,counter top ,appliances and 90% of it was wrong. Call to figure things out no one knows how to work a computer and the manager is as stupid as the employees !
Flooring contractors did decent work but don’t expect them to be on time, even when you tell them it’s important that they are there when they say they are going to be. Nothing like having to leave 2 strangers alone in your home when you can’t wait around for them to finish a job they started nearly 2 hour late.
