It is almost impossible to find someone to help you. I needed to purchase a large heat unit and waited for 30 minutes for someone to help but no one answered the page. Other people were walking around also looking for help and not finding it.
I called today to make sure my tractor was ready to pick up at 2, was told yes, waiting for over 2 hours now. I almost canceled my payment and left. A shame I was going to purchase a snow blower, I will be getting it at Tractor Supply now.
The manager Scott is the most disrespectful person I've ever met. I was told I could not exchange my sweeper with the replacement plan I purchased just 3 months ago bc the price was different bc an employee made a pricing mistake. You mean to tell me a multi million dollar company can not correct a mistake that they made. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY HERE.
I will never buy another carpet from Lowes and have them install it. I have been involved in trying to have carpet laid now for over a week. I have been put on hold for an hour at a time just to be disconnected. Last Monday I approved and paid for a carpet order figuring that I would at least hear from the installer on Thursday. A few days ago I had gone to Lowe's in Steubenville to buy paint. The girl working in the paint dept had no customer service skills whatsoever. None! I needed more paint so I went to Wheeling last night instead. The 2 girls working were fantastic. The customer service that they provided was exceptional!! I'm just sorry that I didn't get their names so that I could mention them personally here. They were helpful, patient, respectful, and very kind. Went to St Clairsville Lowe's and the help was terrible! Drove to Wheeling and the service was the best! Philip had excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure he helped us the best he could! He could definitely teach St C a thing or to!
