We live out of state but have a rental home in north Georgia. When the water heater needed to be replaced we were able to work with Jon and the installation office ladies, Denise & Lori, to help us get what we needed. In the store 1 hr and 45 minutes getting stain and paint. A disaster
We purchased a 46 inch Husqvarna lawn mower zero turn from Lowes so far we have taken it back 5 times. Today we checked out four more mowers while we was at Lowes, all four mowers was bad as well. Buyers beware check your mowers out before you leave the premises.
If you need pine straw do not go to Lowe's in fto. At first I was told that they did not have any in stock. I saw on their screen that they had 1270 of pine needle straw bales in stock. The cashier asked her manager who asked another cashier who said that they would have to enter it in as wheat straw. Wheat straw is $7.83 and pine straw is $4.10. I asked if they planned to charge me $7.83 and was told yes because that was the way it was in the system. I basically laughed at them and said I would go to Home Depot and get pine... read more
Was promised a delivery by a certain time and it didn't happen. Not only was my item not delivered on time, the delivery time was changed without notifying me. When you schedule your day around a promised delivery window you expect a business to deliver on time. When that promise can't be met you would at the very least expect notification of the change. Very unhappy customer here and very unlikely to be a customer again in the future
