I went there last weekend- have chosen lowes over Home Depot for years- but it is fixing to change. There aren't enough people working at the registers or on the floor. Waited for 20 mins to check out and another 20 for someone to help me load my truck. Service has gone down drastically over the past 6 months and it's not the actual employees fault. They are trying their best but seem frazzled because there is not enough help.

I’ve literally spent $15,000 at this location over the past 7 years. Will be shopping with Home Depot from now on after I pay off the gas range this location sold me that has NEVER worked. They’ve given me the run around and told me it’s not their problem. Worst customer service ever. Save yourself the headache and go to Home Depot.

This review is for supurb customer service. Went to Lowes looking for a lawn mower and string trimmer. Had a trimmer picked out and a new employee named Bruce walked up and offered to show us a different one that was a better deal. I had three other employees walked past and me never asked if I needed help. Bruce even received a personal cell phone call while waiting on us and did not let it interfere with his job of helping us. Lowes needs all employees to be like Bruce. I was looking at grills, reading the specifics of one grill when Lowe’s associate Ed walks in front of me, pulls the grill out and starts showing the grill to another customer. No excuse me or anything. Very rude. He acted as if I wasn’t even standing there. I went to the service desk and told the young girl, who constantly chewed on her lip ring while I spoke with her, at the service desk how rude Ed had been, and her reply, “I understand. I’m sorry.” So, I’m now headed to Home Depot.

I got a dryer delivered Sunday 11/11,I purchased the day before. The delivery was earlier then what they told me so glad of that. The 2 delivery men were very courteous ,professional, and quick! Those 2 young men deserve a raise! thank you Lowe's Fort Oglethorpe Ga

Recently, I bought some of those "guaranteed" plants at Lowe's. When the tree never put on any leaves and the bulbs never came up, I went with receipt in hand to receive my money back. I was denied said refund without the dead plants. Do you know how hard it is to find bulbs that didn't come up? Furthermore, the employee ask me, "How do I know you didn't just find this receipt in the parking lot?" Um...because it has my debit card number on it. I will NOT be back because of their ridiculous policies and rude employees.
