Horrible customer service. As a Head Cashier myself I would hate for one of my cashiers to treat someone how the cashier there treated us.
Thank you so much!! Got up this morning to a dead water heater. Called lowes at 10 am on Saturday and have hot water at 3!! Didn't even have to go to the store. They took the order and let us pay over the phone and the plumber picked everything up.
Love using the Lowe’s app. , you can find the item you are looking for on the app before you even go to the store and it will tell you what isle it is located in. Great customer Service!!!

Omgosh!!! We just bought carpet & installations from Lowe's in Fort Oglethorpe and have had the worst experience. First of all one of the installers broke something and then hid it hoping we wouldn't notice. Then they charged me for an additional $420 worth of carpet that we don't need. They are refusing to take the extra carpet back and refund me for it. The managers suggestion was to take the carpet and have area rugs made out of it. Why would I want area rugs made out of the exact same carpet that's currently in my home??... read more
