Absolutely not! Very dissatisfied with my recent purchase! I bought a brand new washing machine - only to receive a dented and foul smelling washer. It took me 4 times to reach a manager. I called to talk with a manager (Scott Fiddler). Emailed my photo proof to his email and he said he would call back. He has yet to return my call or email! I special ordered a mail box online. When I tried to pick it up they said my card wasn't working. So I contacted my bank and they said the card was fine. I have used the card for several other purchases. Went back to Lowe's and same issue. I told them it had to be an issue with there system. Nothing they could do so I had to cancel the order. They never offered to get a manager. I went to Home Depot and bought a mailbox with the same card. Not happy.
Shorted me on a delivery, and have been impossible to get in touch with since! Have called the store 22 times- the 4 times I've got through, they've disconnected me on hold. Tried national 800 number, and can't get an answer "due to unusual high volume". As others have said- try Home Depot, or another Lowe's location, and avoid adding to your frustration!! If any Lowe's rep sees this- HELP!!!
I THINK HOME DEPOT AND LOWES SHOULD HAND OUT FACE MASKS TO ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS ! IT WOULD KEEP THE CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES SAFE PLUS IT WOULD HELP KEEP THE PUBLIC SAFE WHEN THEY LEAVE THE STORE! IT MIGHT EVEN BRING IN MORE BUSINESS FOR THEM!
My husband was there March 1… Upon entering he told the service desk he needed help in lighting no one ever came… He waited and went up to the service desk repeated the request no one ever came… He finally found what he needed he was Buying 10 lighting globes. We bought a patio set from them and were told we couldn't pick the chairs up until they were put together. We came back that afternoon to pick up a piece that we bought at a discount on display. Well the display chairs weren't there and we were told that the chairs we wanted had been put together and we could go ahead and pick them up. They forgot to take the display tags off of them. Called a "manager" and we were promised a 10 % discount plus a 10 dollar refund for assembly fee per chair. Still waiting for that refund and ... read more
