My wife and I have come in to purchase appliances and both times, we were completely ignored. The last time the salesman couldn't put down his cellphone while leaning back in his chair and feet up on the counter to assist us, even though we stood there waiting for 15 minutes. I got my purse stolen from this location today and the manager refused to let me look at the security tapes... How come Lowes? Don't you think whomever it was might have stolen from you too?
I am giving a great big shout out to Jeff in appliances!!!!! Did not want to buy an appliance at a "Big Box Store" - those are my words, but the husband did. Purchase washer, install and within 90 days it is broke. My first call was to Whirlpool because of the 90 days - it will take 3-5 days to contact a repair person in our area and then schedule the repair. I was sooooooo frustrated but not anymore.
