Bought an upright freezer yesterday; explaining why I needed it delivered yesterday, freezer full of food and it died Friday night, salesman said Friday the 18th was the soonest. So my husband picked it up after work, got it home unpacked it huge dent in the side. Can’t take it back because I have no place to put my frozen food. Lesson learned, anything in a box will be opened at Lowe’s to check for damages......
Love Lowes. But, this was our first time going to this one and it was awful! We went around 7:30 and everyone was too busy talking to one another to help with anything. Two cashiers were just sitting on stools and couldn't care less with helping us, it was a joke! We were incredibly frustrated and more than likely won't be going back to this one.
Managment is rude!!!! Try to bring a $300 mower back that broke in only a few times after using it and they tried to charge me another hundred twenty just to get it fixed again whenever it was something I just bought very rude
