I feel like if you’re going to claim to be pet friendly you should hire employees that don’t talk about you and your dog because your dogs barking happily. Not to mention the customer you were talking smack about me and my husky to was my mother so 10/10 for that. My husky wanted to be pet and get attention from this cashier as well and the girl pushed my dog away with her foot. Highly disrespectful to me to touch my dog like that. Must be having staff issues? Was supposed to have delivery of washer and dryer between 8-10am. Called store at 10:30am-delivery truck hadn't even left for the day...I'm #8 on list. No clue when they will be here. Person on phone told me "crap" happens. Wow!

Lowes laid laminate in my house. They ran it the opposite direction of the laminate they installed last year. The installer told my mom he had to do it that way, which was not true. We will never use lowes again.
My husband and I are in the doors area as I type. The girl who works this area is tied up with another customer. 3-4 other employees have walked right by us and didn't bother to stop and ask to help. Very poor customer service.
