Ron in lumber was awesome! I came in looking for step railing and he asked me some questions. After I told him my son had just had a leg amputated and was coming home as soon as I got said railing, He asked to say a prayer for my son and I. Then walked me thru store to find the best solution for my railing. So thankful for Lowes having such caring and Godly people working there.
Outstanding customer service.
The " load out monitors" in the garden center is my biggest complaint. An older guy and a young guy were both wearing red smocks with the word "Lowe's" on it. This is why I assumed they worked their. Entered the store, they were talking. Exited back out to garden center to purchase potting soil. They were 40' from us; talking. We selected what we wanted, retrieved a cart, this is when they walked further away but within line of sight. Still talking. My wife and I proceeded to load 10 bags weighing 65lbs onto the cart. Don't buy their extended warranty especially for a washer. You can't get it fixed for at least 21 days!! Lowe's expect you to have payments on time but can't treat their customers the same. What family of 7 can go 21 days without washing clothes??? They wanted to give us $25 gift card because we have used hours of our time with Lowe's and now 2 different technicians still no fix on our washer.

Just have to say the manager of this store Benny Logan saved the day .... and our business!!!! This is the store we will be the location we shop from now on!
Don’t go here it’s a trap!! It’s addicting. I love this place I bought my washer dryer, lawn mower. My gorgeous plants ugh My beautiful flooring. Next fencing:)
