I just bought a washer and dryer set ooh thought it will be delivered in a couple days nope had to wait a whole week for it Really?
I'm here as usual, waiting to be waited on in customer service. One lady is chatting with someone she seems to know while I'm standing in a long line. Home Depot has better customer service. Every once in a while, I try Lowe's again only to be disappointed again.
It is what it is... this location seems to have a polite helpful staff..... and is conveniently located for us.
Thumbs down if I could I would give you a negative 10. The worse customer service of any store every. I couldn't get help anywhere in the store. Finally find my stuff and go to check out. My product didn't a bar code put the help sign on and no one came. The lady watch me and never came but pulled others behind me to help them. I then go to the service desk to once again was totally ignored. I left my product at the counter and walk out. My best advice is go to Mustang store their customer service is number one.
I wish I knew where our items were and if they will be delivered some time soon today. The experience at the store was long and drawn out to make the order for our delivery. It took multiple confused representatives to create a delivery ticket for our items and it may actually be incorrect regardless of how hard they tried. Maybe try a different store if you want the lowes experience and service.
Waited almost two hours for our order to be brought up front......only to find out part had never been pulled. Nooooo idea where part of it was. So were advised to call back the next day and speak to the gal who did the order in hopes she would know where it was.....but her schedule was also unknown. Ridiculous.
Lowes hosted an event to teach woodworking to my girl scout troop tonight. They provided the supplies, a work area and two volunteers to lead the exercise. Thank you for being a great community partner!

We went into to buy a roto-tiller! We found the one we wanted and went inside to pay. They told us to go back outside and they would send someone out to help us!Two ladies came out. They had the keys- wouldn't fit! Had to go hunt for the right key! We are out in in the sun waiting! The lady brought a different key, didn't fix!
