Went to purchase a griddle with my boyfriend and came in through the entrance skipped on unmarked paint spilled in front of customer service and slipped and busted my knee. No sign No apology. Limped out and embarrassed 😭. Super upset.

Steven in flooring helped my hubby and i out. Very helpful and friendly. We will drive the extra miles to go to this store, just for the customer service he gave us.
Paid extra for your guaranteed Infinity One Coat paint. States right on the tub, "one coat if you're not happy we will happily refund your money." Well here we are applying 2.5 coats and you all wont refund or even take notice to our issue. This isnt a guarantee and definitely isnt good business. In the process of doing a complete remodel and neighbor owns a contracting company. I'll be spreading the word for sure. Horrible guarantee if you're not going to honor it.

I ordered a dryer (gas) at Lowes in Yukon March 11, 2017. I am STILL waiting on it. I finally called tonight to find out where it is. After over 10 minutes on hold I was told it is out for delivery (no one ever checked to see if I would be home for delivery). It is 8:22pm I seriously doubt it's being delivered today. Nor did we ever receive a call back after we were told they were "calling the driver". I will go to your store tomorrow and I expect answers. This is not acceptable!!!
This store is great if you don't have to ask anyone for help. The people in the garden center were helpful, but when I asked for help elsewhere it was as if I was interrupting them, so I ended up having to find someone else. That person helped SOME, but she was still more interested in doing paperwork than helping me. Even though I normally like Lowe's, I'll be spending my money elsewhere.
