I purchased a new Frigidaire appliance 2 weeks ago. It was delivered last weds with 14 blemishes on the right hand door. This was almost 2,000 dollars of a purchase. This week the new door (replacement) arrives with paint chipped. I called your store to inquire about a replacement again, and the Manager Evan Davis says to me "lady, I don't even know who you are or what went out on the truck."....instead of saying, "Ma'am, I am sorry. Went to get a fitting to hook up water to new fridge, did not need a hose... just a fitting for existing copper water hose & was treated like I was stupid. Very rude & acted like I was bothering him. Will not be buying anything ever again at Lowes, will go back to Home Depot or a family plumbing store.
DO NOT BUY PERGO FLOORING from Lowe's or any other retailer. Junk. Does not hold up and Lowe's get's the run around from Pergo when they try and complain about a defective product. Had the floors 4 months now and they are junk
