I bought a new GE washer and dryer from the Jackson Michigan Lowes had them deliver and was supposed to install and instead of installing they left the washer and dryer sitting in my living room when I called the store manager to have them come back out to install them properly they told me due to having to lift them over a small sink that it’s not their problem and that it is my problem I then was able to get the washer and dryer put inside of the laundry room and called the store manager back and he told me that he would n... read more
My husband and I recently bought some new appliances, paid for their delivery and installation. after 3 weeks, 2 cancellations and only half of our appliances delivered we're still getting the run around. We won't be shopping there again. Very disappointed with their customer service!
Disappointed with how they treat their employees. Really wish that the people who don't do their job would be fired like they should be to make it easier on the people who actually do their jobs.
Received excellent service . Fast quick efficient , John and Terrell loaded 25 bags for me in no time. Nice young men !
