We paid extra for a "emergency installation." What a joke. We were told we'd get a call that night. Nothing. We are still waiting the next day, even though store personnel told us they had four installers on duty and weren't that busy. AND they told us they typically install next day anyway (so why did we need to pay extra--for waiting??) I am very disappointed.

Thank you to the helpful and cheery lady in large appliances! She has the star tattoos... She efficiently got my new washing machine and additional items I needed today (Labor Day). I was there maybe 25 minutes from walking in, ordering, paying and loading!
The sales associate was very helpful. I always like coming to this store. It is very organized and clean.
