Went to Lowes because my washer died and they advertise next day delivery. We waited 20 minutes for a salesperson to help us. Picked out a washer/dryer set. They had the washer in stock but then told us delivery would be 3 weeks out. Not sure what hapened to next day. Left and purchased a set at Sears.
Terrible customer service. I'll NEVER shop this store again.
I am so mad and disappointed in this store in Jackson Mi. we got a srock door and have been waiting for our front door for almost 2 months they came and measured 3 weeks ago, brought it today it didn't fit. we went in and complained to the dept. head according to installer they had correct measurements.Couldn't speak to manager but we have to wait another 3 weeks. They always have everything I need. Always willing to help me find the supplies I need too.
Gone through Lowes to remodel a SMALL kitchen. Started in JULY... still not done. Unorganized, too many hands in the pot, and a lot of mixed messages between too many people. I do have to hand it to one person, she has tried her best to make everything right but I'm still going to advise not to use Lowes for any projects. It's been beyond frustrating. #getittogetherlowes
You have exceptional employees who work in carpeting, appliances, delivery to name a few with helping us with our recent purchase of a older home with many needs. Only one person was unprofessional and perhaps should look for a position that is not customer direct contact.
Lowes does NOT stand behind their product! Do not by carpet from them!!!! We have had a terrible experience....
