waited on hold for 11 minutes on a department before calling back to speak to someone at customer service for help. instead she transferred me back to that department and again I waited another 11 minutes. called back where she immediately asked for me to hold and was on hold a little over 20 minutes before she came back on the line. asked for the manager who didn't care at all and hung up on me before I was even done speaking. this store needs new employees. Not happy at all with the customer service there. I had asked for help with 90 pavers, and no one came. Ended up loading them on to a cart and doing it all my self. Would’ve been way easier for them to just bring the pallet out and could’ve loaded to my car right from there ! Also we helped some older ladies grab some bricks because she also couldn’t get anyone to help her.
Again - About half of the employees were not wearing masks at all or partial had the on. On my way to Menards where there was amazing compliance from their employees
RecommendedEarly this afternoon I went into Lowes in Jackson. I was shopping for lumber and a few other items throughout the store. I had the best experience with every employee I crossed paths with. The employees loading shelves in the garden center were polite & helpful, the employee working in Windows & Doors asked if I needed any help & was friendly, an employee working in the door fixture isle was kind & asked if I was finding what I needed. The majority of your staff is either not wearing masks or not wearing them correctly. this is the third time I've tried to come here and it's been like this and I'm just going to go keep going to Home Depot because they have masks on correctly.
Spent over $300 on paint and supplies and it’s official valspar sucks just as much as the customer service. Sorry that a product of paint and primer can’t cover up the same color what a joke and they won’t let you return it!!!! Guess painting the same spot 10 times is the normal 🤬
No masks, no shop. I'll go to Menards
lawn tractor they delivered has as hole in the gas tank. have called over a dozen times tonight for help. have been hung up on 3x. had them pick up then hang up. been on hold so long the call disconnects. tried for almost an hour to get help. worst customer service ever
