Lowes wants to sell you carpet and install as a package deal. The problem is Lowes doesn't have any installers. They farm it out to A sub contractor. We have had nothing but delays and when the carpet was finally installed it needs to be repaired. The seams are very visible and needs to be fixed. I have been in touch with Lowes for 2 weeks now and still no resolve. The Mgr of Lowes just told me not to call him again. Great customer service!!!!

Because it's often hard to find someone to help you at Lowe's, I tend to check the online site to see where something is in the store. Unfortunately, the management at this store does not see fit to follow the planogram. Therefore I usually end up having to either hunt down what I'm looking for or try to hunt down someone to help me find what I'm looking for. My experience is that one and four people actually know where anything is in the store.
Just bought a garden mower from Jackson, MI Lowes. Ty was attentive to our needs, so helpful in answering all of our questions, and treated us like royalty! Thank you to TY for making our experience fantastic!!!
Me and my fiance are at Lowe's at least once a week. We've been doing a lot of home improvement's inside our home and outside... Plus I love their variety of flower's and other gardening supplies they have. Just purchased a Barrel fountain from them and I love it.... Staff there are always very polite and helpful.....
My daughter and son in law went in to buy a washer and dryer and thank goodness her dad went with her to help. The lady that waited on them did not even want to deal with it. They asked several times just to make sure it was free delivery and set up. She said it was until they got up to pay and she tried to sneak in the cost for delivery and set up. I always shop st Lowes because their service is usually better than Home Depot or Menards. Not today however. I bought a new sump pump on Thursday and it died on Sunday. When I took it back they told me that they could replace it in two or three weeks, like it was a mower or something, not something saving our basement. I asked if we could get one from another Lowes, like Ann Arbor, so he called and said they had one and they could get it for me in a couple days. It's 35 miles away.
