I bought a new Bosh dishwasher less than a year ago along with an extended warranty. It' broke all I got from their non service dept was all our repair company's are all booked up(they must be selling a lot of second and third rate mdse to be that busy on repairs) so we will try find someone to come look at it and we will call you in 3 days. I did the survey before I received the delivery. You have a delivery person with the worst possible attitude. He apparently didn't want to do a delivery today and was rude to my daughter. She is a single parent with two small children and expected a smooth delivery and removal of her washing machine. Instead he told the other guy to remove the boxes and then didn't offer anything more than complaints about how she wasn't prepared and then the water lines were locked up so they couldn't remove the hoses. I stopped at Lowe's on Saturday to purchase chest of drawer 'stops.' I needed an electric cart and a nice lady Associate got the push wheelchair and pushed me to the aisle she thought the item was located. We didn't find them and she got Drew (Associate) to help us and Drew found the solution for me and pushed me back to the cash register where I purchased product and left store successful with my cane. I'm very happy with the extraordinary service and care the Associates gave to a 75-yr-old lady looking to DIY project!
I had to pick up some items in the Garden Shop on Saturday, for my wife, to finish an outside project she had been working on unrelentlessly. Saturday, in Cincinnati, we had major downpours most of the day. Stopping in at the Mt Moriah location, with umbrella and push wagon in tow, I went on my search to please in the pouring rain.
