I love this store so much! Mike and Sam have helped me in lumber. They help find the right wood for the best price. Many of the lumbar associates have chatted to me about my projects and given me good advise. In the garden section Mindy, Isaiah have taught me a lot about plants and help me find what is right for me. Chandler has been helpful with lifting heavy bags. Can never get help. And when you do they make sure you know they don’t want to help you. Trying to buy a sliding door, I’m by myself and when I ask for help I get “well that one person is at lunch” really? There is no other person in the store? Go to check out to buy bags of quick cret and again I’m told “not sure if there is anyone here” again? There are all kinds of staff in the building but yet none of them want to help. They get upset when you have a coupe or gift cards like we’ve inconvenienced them.
Warning to friends and family, Lowe’s will take your money and cheat you. We bought carpet in July and they installed 2 different kinds, so half was not the price or quality we paid for. They tried to sneak it in but the installers told on them. We’ve been arguing for months and they’ve done nothing. Went there to look at granite and backsplash ideas for my kitchen remodel. I had Liz in the kitchen department help me and she was wonderful! Took me around the store and gave me lots of helpful options. Received great customer service today and was very pleased.
My Lowes location is so incompetent. I can't believe the problems that I have had. I hired Lowes to install a storm door and there has been no communication and the store is calling me asking who their contractor is. I have no idea. I have called the store numerous times and used the texting feature, I texted with Jenna and then Faith and they were no help. I spoke with store manager Brian (who turned out to not even be the manager) and all he did was push the issue off on someone named Brenda. I can't get ANYTHING solved. M... read more
Allowed my dog to come in to shop with me. They were so accommodating and helpful!! This will anywhere be my preferred hardware store!
So just an FYI if you are ever considering Lowe's Home Improvement to do any home improvement that is guaranteed beyond 365 days to not potentially kill your child DO NOT DO IT!!! We had a VERY large chandelier installed by them in our second story entry. Where my kids walk under every day. It just crashed to the floor. With not even a blink of an apology I was told well our work is only as good as one year.
