Bought a Arcadia 24in pantry and was delivered broken in multiple places, called corporate they then contacted the store manager drew which stated that they would reorder the pantry and it would take a week to be delivered, ok cool. You may want to tell employees to leave their damn cell phones in their locker...the women you have working customer service are anything but helpful, especially Emily. She bold face lied, telling me she could not do a return without the physical card and I call bullshit. I've done it before...several times. I purposely drive further to Lowe's and PASS a Home Depot because generally I get better service from Lowe's. Today is not the case. I sat in front of this cashier for a solid minute before she realized there was another human in her vicinity and then continued to text the ENTIRE time I was trying to get through the checkout with her. Absolutely ridiculous. DO YOUR JOB. *rant over*
I am in the process of remodeling two bathrooms for my grandma. It's the first time I've done this and had some questions. Rick in fashion bath was more interested in completing his paperwork than helping a customer. His answer to most of my questions was no and no solution was offered to solve the problems. I ended up leaving and going to Lowes in Milford where another employee did all he could to make my experience a positive one. I will shop at the Milford store going forward.
