Absolutely the worst customer service. Arrived at 2:00 and Waited two hours and dealt with 4 very rude employees while trying to pick up an outdoor furniture set that was called in at 8:30 a.m. and pulled wrong. And Jason the manager is a complete joke for a manager. Beechmont Ohio Mount Moriah Dr.
Bought a $300 grill online on 3-23 supposed to pick it up yesterday the verification from Lowe's Home Improvement said proceswing when there were 30 or so already put together. Amy called them yesterday sat on hold forever then hung up on, so we go today to ask about it the clerk was rude so was the manager. So a younger woman who was so nice so I finally said it's not your fault but please refund my $394 after she offered a 10% discount. Nope, it's the principle.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a washer/dryer back in April and set the delivery date for June 1st as I was going to be moving here a couple days before that. After the initial phone call I never heard anything. I called this morning (June 1st) to get my delivery time to make sure I would be home and was told the truck was full and I would have to wait until the next day.
