The worst experience I've ever had with appliances. First they damage our hardwood floors and damage our door frames. They also damaged the first refrigerator they brought out. And now 6 months later the refrigerator compressor locked up about caught fire and they say it's not there problem. Over a week, 7 hours on the phone throughout the week, and still NO resolution! Shame on Lowe's for extremely poor customer service and support.
Thanks Lowe's for the guys that delivered a new washer and dryer. It seems the old washer leaked oil and now there is oil all over my carpet from the trail they left removing it.
