I love Lowes but having a terrible ordeal with their extended warranty department. A warranty that we paid extra for. If Lowes would like to discuss with me I would be glad to pass along details. You will be able to obtain all of our contact information through your warranty department.
A Great Big Shout Out & Thank You to Crystal who went above & beyond to help us figure out a way to get a grill into the trunk of my 2009 Ford Taurus when all the other male employees said to have it delivered. So unorganized. The customer service people were so unprofessional..
Bought a new washing machine with free delivery. Was supposed to happen last Saturday but when I called they said it was scheduled for Tuesday. Last night I get home from work with three messages that they were at my house trying to deliver my machine. Called this morning and they said it would be there between 11 & 12. No machine showed. Unorganized....... To many chiefs.. no Indians..... The associates heard around the return desk and nobody can make a decision.... Like they jus wanna stand around and bullshit and waste time.....When they call to the back for help,price check, or to bring custom orders to the front desk you get crickets..... Open some registers.. that are run by humanbeings....
