Do not have Lowe’s install your carpet or buy it there. Go to Home Depot or other store. Trust me. It is not their contractors fault however. They are good
Had kitchen re-done by Lowes last summer. We have doors hanging off. We've called Lowes several times to get help they keep saying they are going to have the rep come out and take a look. Still waiting. We also had floors done throughout first floor of our house there is warps in our floor. Have not addressed this issue with Lowes yet because we can't get our first issue resolved. Will not use them for anything else ever again. Spent thousands of dollars for horrible results.
We order cabinets and they messed thr whole order up so i call yo get it fited and they yelled at me tgen hung up on me. Then i call and finally get a hold of someone and they had no clue want they was doing. Then they told me that they had to reorder the cabinet again and they chargered me shipping again and tgen when they where dropped off it was the wrong one again and the other one was broken so we had to go back to Lowe's and return it and get another cabinet and they were so rude and hateful there was so many ppl worki... read more
